How does the TED system work?
Each member of the audience is given a wireless TED system, which lets them submit answers to the presenter’s question or simply react to a certain statement given by the presenter. The answers given with this TED system are transmitted wirelessly to the receiver. The receiver instantly transfers the collected data to the software on your computer. The results can be presented directly on screen (projector, plasma or video wall), giving the presenter and his/her audience the opportunity to instantly respond to it. IVS Lite
IVS Lite TED system is the most intuitive system we have. Because of its straightforward design, the usability is very easy. This makes the IVS Lite suitable for any interactive meeting varying from meetings to quizzes.
IVS RFII
Our most advanced TED system is the RFII type. This keypad is equipped with an LCD screen and a chip card reader. This allows the keypad to be used for a wide range of applications. These applications can vary from shareholders meetings to important political votings.
IVS mountable
If you want to bring your event to a higher level regarding the interaction between the presenter and his/her audience, IVS mountable TED system is the best solution. This keypad is the most ideal device to create interaction with during trainings, presentations and lecturers. The IVS mountable has been proven to be student proof and is therefore still being used at the University of Delft.
IVS online
We also offer a way to have your audience cast their votes and answers through an online application without using a TED system: IVS Online. Simply connect your smartphone or tablet to this application and you’ll never have to miss any meeting. This is particularly convenient when some of the members of the audience are not able to be physically present at your presentation.

Professional
This is IVS’ most extended software solution for TED systems. Among the options IVS-Professional offers are: identifying each participant, showing the name of each participant instantly during voting and show scores, final scores or half time scores.
Conference Tool
The Conference Tool offers the same as IVS Professional, but with some extra features. The Conference Tool allows you to include an agenda or to use a Twitter wall. It also allows you to add presentations and documents.
PowerPoint

Risk Analysis
