On March 21 we will have elections for the city councils in the Netherlands. Quite some cities are preparing for it and so is the city the Hague. The leaders of the 8 biggest parties of the Hague’s city council where invited to discuss 4 topics as well as the leaders of the other parties that can be elected and the audience.
Each representative of a political party used a keypad to express their vote. The desk of each member turned red or green based on their choice. The audience also voted with their own smartphones. After debating with the candidates the light in the studio turned red or green based on the choice of the audience.
