Thursday the 17th of November 2017, IVS participated in a gathering of the NVFM in cooperation with the foundation CGR. This gathering was held to give everyone an idea of the responsible parties within our law and regulation system and what this means for the daily work situation. At the end of this gathering, participants will be up-to-date with the latest developments within the CGR.
During the gathering about ‘update law and regulation system’ speakers of the VWS, IGJ, CGR and GMH gave the audience an update about the latest developments.
More than 150 people participated in the gathering, which means it was completely sold out. Statements got presented to the audience which they had to vote on; after that, a speaker held a plea. After the plea, the audience got presented the exact same statements again, to test if the plea was convincing enough to change people’s opinions on certain statements. After the break, a couple of cases were discussed where the audience had to vote with ‘agree’ or ‘disagree’.
IVS’s interactive voting systems were very suitable for the gathering about the ‘update law and regulation system’. The voting systems made the gathering more interactive and the polls made it measurable to give a precise outcome of the audience’s opinion.
